Your acquisition potentially comes with a very competitive projected initial income stream. In most instances, your distributions will increase over time to coincide with the tenants’ rent escalations. Distributions are sent systematically each month and if you prefer may even be wired directly to your bank account. Some opportunities start with lower distribution rates but project more appreciation potential while other properties may offer higher initial percentages yet be more limited on their upside return. Historically, TIC investments have returned a 10% to 15% average annualized return to the owners. Of course, these returns are of previous properties and do not guarantee future results.
